I don't know of anything like that for upstreams. Possibly someday we
could do that with beaker.
For maintainers we have:

I've used those test machines when playing around with ARM and other issues. It would be nice if there was a way to setup guest access or something along those lines for upstream to be able to help in debugging issues.
