I would ask on the openmpi list.

This will show up on all arches due to:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1241655
fix in:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/epel-rpm-macros-7-3

Should only be fatal for packages that use the py2_install macro though I think.
