Same comand names in /usr/bin and /usr/sbin

Anyone who wants to chime in on this, there is already a bug:

It is confounding famous iproute with itself just trying to decode my credit card.

Of course upstream should rename this, glad that they didn't choose /bin/s for the name. Is there any upstream report of this?
