Further investigation showed that the actual license is:

jna: ASL 2.0 and (LGPLv2 or ASL 2.0)
jna-javadoc: ASL 2.0 and (LGPLv2 or ASL 2.0)
jna-contrib: LGPLv2 or ASL 2.0

Reasoning: Most of code is dual-licensed under either LGPL 2.1 only or
Apache License 2.0. WeakIdentityHashMap.java was taken from Apache CXF,
which is under pure Apache License 2.0.
