Review swaps

I'm working toward supporting GAP's HAP package, which is used by
sagemath. I need reviews for some of the foundational packages (more
will be coming). There are some interdependencies, noted below:

1. gap-pkg-autpgrp: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1205777
   No dependencies.

2. gap-pkg-polycyclic: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1205904
Requires #1 and #3, so there is a bootstrap mechanism to build
without #3 the first time.

3. gap-pkg-alnuth: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1205905
Requires #2. Tests require #4, so there is a bootstrap mechanism.

4. gap-pkg-radiroot: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1206367
   Requires #3.

5. gap-pkg-fga: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1222690
   No dependencies.

6. gap-pkg-edim: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1223627
   No dependencies.

Other than the bootstrap builds neeed for #2 and #3, these are all
very simple packages. GAP noarch packages are designed to just be
unpacked in the parent GAP directory. Numbers 1 through 5 on this
list are noarch. Number 6 takes a little more work because of the
arch-specific bit, but is still a pretty simple package.

Note that I recently changed jobs. I no longer work in a Fedora /
RHEL / CentOS shop. I now work in an Ubuntu shop. And my commute
time increased as well. Together, this means that my turnaround time
for reviews will probably be larger than it has been in the past. If
you can handle that, give me some reviews to do for you in exchange
for these. Thanks in advance.
