It's also cosmetic. It just means you have to watch your job with
fedmsg or via the web interface.
Well, for f-c-r purposes it's not serious, but I wouldn't call it cosmetic. f-c-r exits and you have to re-run with --no-scratch-build to get a Review Request created.
