I don't see a link to the upstream bug in the fedora bug... 

But some suggestions: 

* Mail the fedora-arm list? Perhaps someone there can take a closer
  look and assist you. 

* Add the arm tracker bug:
  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=245418
  so arm folks know to look at it. 

* This seems to be a failure in one or a small number of tests, perhaps
  you could disable those until it's fixed? (with a comment pointing to
  the bug in the spec).
