Could you give me a link please? Maybe I'm looking in the wrong places, but I can't find any packages greater than version 0.39.

This is also the reason why fedora.us does not provide any packages for
FC3. No rebuilds for FC3 have been planned or started. But package
development has not come to a complete halt. Though the current
situation is a major hindrance for all package developers and
contributors at fedora.us.

So, correct me if I am wrong, but inkscape 0.40 has already been built, but just not released? As there is a list of these packages somewhere?
