Since nobody else has replied yet, the documentation in the Wiki
recommends that packagers exchange reviews with other packages.

The process of posting utilisable votes/approvals is quite informal,
except that every approval must be GPG clearsigned and contain at
least the MD5 checksum of the reviewed src.rpm and preferably the
checksum of the included source archive. This is explained here:

Some fun stats about bugzilla.fedora.us: On average, a ticket has 8
comments. Only 3% of all tickets have more comments. 11.2% of all
tickets have more than 20 comments. The highest numbers of comments
