Since nobody else has replied yet, the documentation in the Wiki recommends that packagers exchange reviews with other packages. The process of posting utilisable votes/approvals is quite informal, except that every approval must be GPG clearsigned and contain at least the MD5 checksum of the reviewed src.rpm and preferably the checksum of the included source archive. This is explained here: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/index.cgi/PackageSubmissionQAPolicy#review -- Some fun stats about bugzilla.fedora.us: On average, a ticket has 8 comments. Only 3% of all tickets have more comments. 11.2% of all tickets have more than 20 comments. The highest numbers of comments per ticket seen so far: 162 110 92 90 78 76 74 71 69 62
