I've been told that Koji on secondary architectures has not enough
storage to run scratch builds. I proposed Koji feature [1,2] to reduce
storage used by Koschei to minimum, but so far I haven't heard back from
Koji upstream about it.

You can sort list by package state by clicking on header.

The goal is to eventually track all packages.

I think that we could add all packages, but run scratch builds only for
selected ones.
