Sure it's possible - just use BuildOverride facility next time:

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/override/

You can build package and add (override) it to the build root w/o
addig it to the updates(-testing). Then you will be able to build
dependent package(s) with this new version, and submit all of them
together.
