GCC 4.8 branch before http://gcc.gnu.org/r218481 and GCC 4.9 branch before http://gcc.gnu.org/r218392 do need patching, later ones don't. But, supposedly when changing gcc rpms to use the system cloog/isl, they will be also updated to use newer upstream snapshot...
