Sure I can report bugs.
Actually it's the thing I do the most in this project: testing and bug
reporting.
I'm not a developer so I'm not able to fix bugs in upstream myself but
I'm in close contact with sheepdog developers.
Beside I'm working on documentation and website (I'm still far from my
target) to make this project look as cool as it already is.
As soon as the package gets updated I'll test it and report any
package related problem in fedora bug tracker.

I've been both contacting David by mail and opened a new bug
(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1154612).
