It's a rough figure, from
http://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora/releases/20/Everything/x86_64/os/repodata/
(a useful local mirror). Since the number of packages there changes
day to day, but are likely to increase monotonically over time, it's a
reasonable working figure for back of the envelope calcualations.
