openslides:
Needs an update to latest version, and a few reviews for currently
unpackaged deps. I didn't had the time for it

django-recaptcha:
I'm not the maintainer here. IMHO we just can drop it right now.

pipelight-selinux:
a leftover from pipelight removal. Should be dropped ASAP.

python-askbot-fedmsg:
askbot was retired, so should this one.
