I'm working on Icecat-31's RPM building but I'm blocked by a strange
problem. Have you never seen something like that?

Talking with upstream maintainer, it seems to be a TIMESTAMP issue of
'js/src/configure' file and he adviced me to "touch" that file to
change its TIMESTAMP.
I had poor results until now.
