dnf on debuglevel

hello

What do you think about my bug:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1136926

I think the debug level would be important to tell everything which settings are affecting the application. It would so so useful for debugging.

p.s.
Can someone tell me how dnf tells the new (uninstalled packages) changelog? I tried to do it with yum but the only way that I found is yum changelog plugin which tell the changelog after I downloaded the packages. Isn't a way to queries these info?
by the way, when I really need to know the change log I use rpm (--httpproxy HOST --httppport PORT ) -q -changelog <package-name>
