  I tried to do a fedora-review to get started, but it looks like you need
dSFMT:

DEBUG util.py:283: Error: No Package found for dSFMT-devel

Looks like it is already approved:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1108765
but you made the wrong request, you should write:

---%<---
New Package SCM Request
=======================
Package Name: dSFMT
Short Description: Double precision SIMD-oriented Fast Mersenne Twister
Owners: laxathom nalimilan
Branches: f19 f20 f21 epel7
InitialCC:
---%<---

instead of
---%<---
Package Change Request
======================
Package Name: dSFMT
Short Description: Double precision SIMD-oriented Fast Mersenne Twister
Upstream URL: http://www.math.sci.hiroshima-u.ac.jp/~%20m-mat/MT/SFMT/index.html
Branches: f20 f19 epel7
Owners: laxathom nalimilan
InitialCC:
---%<---

otherwise it may not trigger the scripts that parse bugzilla, and also should
wait for a week day as people that actually manage the git repo may not do
it in weekends.
