Wrong perms of shared objects generated by python?

Hi,

I've met an issue since last year, as many python2 packages generate
.so files finally with 775 set:

non-standard-executable-perm /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/xxx.so 0775L

Is it suppose to be the default?
