finished package reviews, why are you trying to add a package?

because that a package is required (gstreamer1-rtsp-server version
=>1.4.0) for build gnome-dvb-daemon version 0.2.90 . Have you other
ideas?
if gstreamer1-rtsp-server is a new package, then it must follow the
processes, see http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Package_Review_Process
if you only need a newer version of an existing package, then file a
bug asking the maintainer to update it
