I agree, I think the right thing to do is to package latest stable glfw release in Fedora and any unstable snapshots in a personal copr repository. People would have to opt in for the copr repository.

Bugzilla is the preferred place for discussion about the bug I think. I am fine discussing it here as well if needed.
