Thanks Toshio,

It seems a little different, because I experience a very long delay
for all fedpkg commands in the two affected repos.

Can you reproduce the symptoms?  All you have to do is type:

fedpkg clone ocaml-camlp4
cd ocaml-camlp4/
fedpkg verrel
