Anyone know what it portends? IIRC these errors happen if the compilation directory is too short so that debugedit cannot in-place rewrite the strings to their /usr/src/debug/... locations. Try to build it under some directory like: /home/dhowells/rpmbuild-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/BUILDROOT/cross-gcc-4.9.0-2.fc21.x86_64/...
