Nope. This is due to the just landed systemd in the buildroot. 

I have just untagged it, as soon as the buildroot regenerates it should
be back to normal. 

I've filed: 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1116158
to get this sorted out.
