I've spent my day trying to sort out what the heck is going on here, but failed. I'll do a new build of lorax in a bit so that the nightly rawhide compose will work tonight, but you may hit some problems. With my locally built boot.iso I am seeing a variety of failures at different points. There's not much point in listing them, they all seem to amount to X, anaconda or metacity dropping dead. Sometimes with a bit of log info and mostly without any. eg. INFO kernel:[ 68.102768] traps: anaconda[1279] trap int3 ip:7f5d79d16f10 sp:7f5d58593d90 error:0 To add to the confusion I built a boot.iso with the NetworkManager-wifi package included. That one also fails, in a new way. tmux runs, launches anaconda, which runs for a bit. But there is no tmux UI on tty1. I'm baffled as to why adding that one package would cause that. I've seen these failures with multiple boot.iso on 2 different machines using KVM (f20 in one case and RHEL7 in the other). So be forewarned :) And if someone can help sort out what the heck is causing this I'd sure be grateful. -- Brian C.
