because it is not state of the art to change things in a
way that the change is not heavily noticed to point out
"look we have done something and now it's your turn"

hopefully coreutils will not get a replacement in the next
cycle with the commands "move", "copy", "removedir", "Listddir"
and obsolete "mv", "cp", "rmdir", "ls"
