Dear maintainers of dependent packages of ipython, I will update python-ipython in rawhide next week on Friday to version 2.1.0. This will be shortly before the mass rebuilt on 6/6 [2]. A scratch built can be found at [1]. Please check if a dependent package is still working fine. A lot has happened since the last version 0.13 in fedora. So most likely the dependent packages need some fixes... The documentation of the changes can be found at: http://ipython.org/ipython-doc/stable/whatsnew/version1.0.html http://ipython.org/ipython-doc/stable/whatsnew/version2.0.html The depending packages are: $ repoquery --enablerepo=rawhide --repoid=rawhide --whatrequires \*ipython\* -s | sort | uniq accerciser-3.12.0-1.fc21.src.rpm eclipse-pydev-3.4.1-1.fc21.src.rpm ipython-0.13.2-3.fc21.src.rpm kate-4.13.1-1.fc21.src.rpm polybori-0.8.3-8.fc21.src.rpm ProDy-1.5.1-1.fc21.src.rpm python-ipdb-0.8-5.fc21.src.rpm python-jira-0.13-3.fc21.src.rpm sagemath-6.1.1-5.fc21.src.rpm The ipython and sagemath packages are taken care of. So the packages to test are ProDy, accerciser, eclipse-pydev, kate-pate, polybori-ipbori, python-ipdb, python-jira.
