That seems to cover a lot of what I'd like to see, yeah, including moving
daemons out of the way (and it mentions the consolehelper problem).

It's got some other weirdness -- one is misunderstanding the meaning of
/usr/share ("do not use /usr/share for things which are not shared between
packages"), but the original intention is kind of absorbed into the multilib
proposal anyway. And calling /usr/libexec "Fedora-only" is of course kind of
funny.

But, overall, sure, looks cleaner and might be worth working towards, at
least where it actually addresses real problems rather than just shuffling
for the cleaner look alone.
