Updating to upower-1.0 will also break the power-management of Mate desktop in f20 !
Mate upream did start on working it for rawhide, but it isn't ready, and our target was to support it in f21.
So updating upower before f21 is released isn't real fair, and will break users boxes in a running release cycle of a distro.
Such a update should have been announced also timely, imo.
