It should be.

It's used by anyone who needs ObexPush and ObexFTP targets for their phones. It's
also natively integrated in GNOME's Sharing settings, or needs an easy way to share
files between machines.

It's still smaller than pulling in perl, which some packages seem to do willy-nilly.
