Did something recently change with the packaging of NetworkManager?

I’m not finding NetworkManager-glib, just NetworkManager-glib-devel:

For what it’s worth, I don’t even use NetworkManager as my desktop machine has no Wifi, no VPN tunnels, etc. So I just use the ‘network’ service instead. It would be nice if control-center didn’t have a dependency on NetworkManager, and that it was optional instead.
