Yeah, I have completed most of the sections marked mandatory for system wide change. I am fine with taking this as a system wide change.

This change proposal it noticeable by target audience as the default font names for there language is going to change. They will see different font name.What about pre-existing documents that refer to the old font names?

Yes, since only font name is getting change. There will be not see much difference in visual stuff.
