now idea how this systemd made it in F20/RHEL7-Beta1 and why it takes
that long to fix so pretty clear bugs nor why prelink is not banned
at all in the distribution

Note that my test systems have never had prelink installed (and I've
done my best to get prelink banished forever over the years)

It does seem to point to systemd related issues, although the only user
on these systems is root.

I'll try and boot with more verbosity and see what I can find out.
