It pulls in the various dependant packages that are required for a
"full" libvirt install. Previously all the code was in that one
package but people wanted the ability to install individual pieces.
So those pieces were split off into sub-RPMs, but we still wanted
to keep a way to install everything as other people were already
used to doing and thus avoid breaking existing dependancies.
