After repo creating, your further rebuilds will be easy as:

copr-cli build efl18 http://www.lorez.org/enlightenment/efl-1.8.3-1.fc20.src.rpm

resulting in ready for use yum.repo in something like:

http://copr.fedoraproject.org/coprs/bob/efl18/repo/fedora-20-x86_64/

(assuming copr-cli create efl18 setup step)
