By the time RHEL 8 will go into beta, RHEL 7 will be as > outdated as RHEL 6 is now. that's true but the point is *now* i have compareable systems and can re-use working configurations instead go back tzo sysv-init-scripts and Apache 2.2 and the most dramatic changes where systemd, UsrMove, GRUB2 which are all included currently many things are at F20 state (systemd, rsyslog.....)
