Hm... That url is

Source0:        %{url}/archive/%{commit}/lpf-0-%{shortcommit}.tar.gz

as specified by the GL (Packaging Source Url::Github), and works fine with spectool when applied to the spec. So, what's happening here? Transient github problems?
