We all have important works to do outside of Fedora Project and one cannot pretend "special attentions" from others quickly. I myself thought that wait a sponsor just for my package review was right way to become a packager. Absolutely not; becoming a good packager also means to know rushing yourself into other reviews. One needs to put yourself in the game, before all.
