Broken chkconfig in rawhide?

Dear all, while trying to rebuild InsightToolkit in rawhide I get the following error (http://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/3964/5813964/root.log):

DEBUG util.py:264:   You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem

Does it mean that update-alternative (chkconfig) is currently broken? It seems it built okay in koji:
