They're virtually always updated together (since a lot of the presentation-layer stuff for ReviewBoard is provided by Djblets). Also, I forgot to mention RBTools in my original email (which is the client-side helper tools for ReviewBoard), but it sees updates far less often than ReviewBoard does.
