Was this intentional? There is no replacement to this package in Fedora yet,
nor it was correctly deprecated.
Nothing uses it that I can see. rubygem-mysql2 is under review:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=974889
and that should be used going forward.
If someone really wants to resurrect this, I would suggest using this:
