Becouse this kernel has a issue by using the nvidia driver, I have put a bug request on livna.org, see: http://bugzilla.livna.org/show_bug.cgi?id=289 to create a new RPM, which should contain a patch which allow to use the nvidia driver with 2.6.9 kernels until the release of the next official version of the nvidia driver should fix this bug.
