Is there an RFE for this? Like the time-based rotation limit added earlier,
this is one of those things which helps organizations with data lifecycle
policies implement those policies. (The alternative is to set the journald
to minimal retention and forward to syslog and implement the policies there,
but then, the advantages of journald are lost.)
