That's why one either forwards bugs or asks the [Fedora] user to open
an upstream ticket for better communication about the problem. One may
link information present in the Fedora bz. But if the original reporter
refuses to join the upstream ticket for answering questions or providing
further details, that can easily become tedious or even a dead end.
