Heads-up: JSON extension removed from PHP in F19

Hi,

In latest build of PHP (version 5.5.0-0.10.RC3) I have removed the JSON
extension.

Other Linux distribution also does it
- debian (unstable, with php 5.5.0)
- mageia (chauldron, with php 5.5.0)

Obviously this very important extension cannot be removed without an
alternative, which is: php-pecl-jsonc.

For now, for easy upgrade:
	php-common requires php-pecl-jsonc
	php-devel requires php-pecl-jsonc-devel

Packages, which follow the Guidelines, have a "Requires: php-json" which
is provided by the new package.

I know this come really late in the F19 dev cycle.
Sorry for this.

So, test welcome.
