It kind of works (as well as before the patch) but NetworkManager
appears to be broken. The PAC setting is clearly *in* the DHCP response
and machines using ConnMan pick it up and use it correctly. And likewise
they pick up the one that the VPN server provides when I connect to the
VPN.

But in NetworkManager none of that works right, and I have to manually
set the proxy configuration each time I join a different network.

But as far as your change is concerned: yes, it works fine.

I'd much prefer to see pkgconfig(foo) in BuildRequires: rather than a
hard-code package name 'foo-devel' though. Especially on packages which
are wont to change their names.
