For packages that requies _any_ icon theme (something like oxygen
provides
system-kde-icon-theme).

Prehistory: as we started RazorQt rpms - some people was crying "I
have no
any icon in main menu!". So we deside to add _any_ icon theme to
Razor's
Requires. And now 10MB razorqt requies 30MB oxygen-icon-theme :-)
Seems I have to make bugeports/featurerequest for _each_ *-icon-theme
package :-(
Perhaps bring it up with the packaging committee, figure out a plan,
and then have a provenpackager make the changes?

How to do this?

BTW - seems anaconda requires gnome-icon-theme. Or not?
At present, yeah (actually also gnome-icon-theme-symbolic). See also
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=965365 . For F20, we may
wind up just having anaconda carry copies of the icons it wants;
upstream doesn't seem too keen on providing any guarantees that they
won't change appearance at any moment (see
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=963958 ).

If anyone wants a really weird icon bug to try and fix, see
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=964019 .
I found that my spin already contains as gnome-icon-theme as *-symbolic.
But anaconda not use it (?).

I tried to make:
echo "gtk-icon-theme-name=\"GNOME\"" > /etc/gtk-2.0/gtkrc
No effect.

What to do?
