I can't quite see a way to nominate it as a Final blocker currently, but we really _really_ ought to do this for Final. In writing the bug, it did occur to me that simply 'show spokes that weren't completed in anaconda' may still not be good enough behaviour. What if an admin user account was created in anaconda, obviating the need for a root password? Does i-s still run and show the "root password" spoke? I don't think that would be a good idea.
