Note for the libpng jumo from 12 to 15, a lot of packages needed minor
changes, not simple rebuilds. So that change took a while to implement.
It sounds like going from 15 to 16 will be a lot less work, and hence
may not take long enough to be worth adding a compatibility package.
Doesn't this sound like a perfect candidate for the use of a side tag to
do all the rebuilds, then merge the whole lot back into Rawhide when
it's done?
