I'd actually suggest doing:

rpm -qif /lib/systemd/system/foo.service

... and noting the source rpm.  I've had some cases where the source rpm (bugzilla component) results in numerous binary rpms and sometimes the connections aren't so obvious at first.  For example, note the Name vs. the Source RPM with:

$ rpm -qif /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/imgcreate/fs.py
Name        : python-imgcreate
Epoch       : 1
Version     : 18.15
Release     : 1.fc18
Architecture: x86_64
Install Date: Wed 24 Apr 2013 11:47:37 AM EDT
